Refund policy

At Vastora Bridal, we understand that choosing a wedding dress is an important and personal decision. We carefully inspect every order before shipment and aim to ensure that each item arrives in excellent condition.

Standard Returns

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • Have all original tags, protective coverings and packaging attached
  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains or other marks
  • Be returned with any accessories, garment bags or complimentary items included with the order
  • Include proof of purchase or the original order number

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Made-to-Order and Custom Dresses

Made-to-order, custom-sized, personalized and altered dresses are created specifically for the customer and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where the item is defective, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Dresses produced using customer-provided measurements
  • Dresses with custom color, fabric or design changes
  • Dresses with added sleeves, trains, embellishments or embroidery
  • Items altered at the customer’s request
  • Personalized veils, robes or bridal accessories

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor before placing a custom order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Custom and made-to-order dresses
  • Altered or personalized items
  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Undergarments, shapewear and adhesive products
  • Gift cards
  • Fabric swatches
  • Items purchased using a final-sale promotional code

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, contact us at hello@vastorabridal.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs, where relevant

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions will be sent by email. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Vastora Bridal is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Processing

After your return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account or payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, color or style, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Availability is not guaranteed while a return is being processed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@vastorabridal.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Do not arrange alterations or repairs before contacting us, as unauthorized work may affect your eligibility for a remedy.

Fit and Alterations

Bridal sizing may differ from standard clothing sizes. Minor alterations are common with wedding dresses and do not automatically indicate a defect.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, alteration costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or been shipped.

Made-to-order and custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and the order cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, email hello@vastorabridal.com immediately with your order number. Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.
