Shipping policy

Order Processing

Ready-to-wear orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order and custom dresses typically require 6–12 weeks for production. Estimated production times are shown on the relevant product page and may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity and seasonal demand.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has completed processing or production.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard domestic delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express domestic delivery: 1–3 business days
  • International delivery: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers should order well in advance of their wedding or event date. We recommend allowing additional time for possible delays and alterations.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Vastora Bridal is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment, suite or unit numbers
  • Refused packages
  • Failure to collect a package
  • Address changes requested after shipment

Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Delivery Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Vastora Bridal is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the delivery provider. However, we will assist customers in opening a carrier investigation where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at hello@vastorabridal.com.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors and building management
  2. Review the delivery location shown by the carrier
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Notify Vastora Bridal within 3 days

A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund is considered.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes and brokerage charges.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated during checkout.

Vastora Bridal cannot control customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees may have return shipping, customs charges and handling costs deducted from any eligible refund.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the order has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
